Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting specifications. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and secured properly prior to shipping. Both Europe and the USA have warehouses and distribution centers.
Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we are unable to completely manage it due to the fact that multiple parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could change at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock once the order has been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
The item must not be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also be in its original packaging.
